Terms of Use

lesgooo.fun is a free group-planning tool. By using it you agree to these terms. The service is in active development, so things can change. If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use the service.

Jan Henneberg, an individual, operates lesgooo.fun.

You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required in your country. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, get that permission before using the service. The service is for ordinary group planning, including when used through ChatGPT, Codex or Claude.

Do not put payment-card details, government ID numbers, passwords, verification codes, sensitive medical information or intimate content in a plan. Do not use the service to submit personal data about children below that minimum age.

The service is free and requires no account. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We can’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that data is never lost — so please don’t rely on it as your only record of an important plan.

Plans have no logins: anyone who has the share link can view and edit them. Share links only with people you trust, and only put in information you’re comfortable sharing with everyone who has the link.

You’re responsible for what you and your group add — plan titles, descriptions, names, votes, and any images. By adding content you confirm you have the right to use it.

You keep your rights to your content. You allow us to store, display and process it as needed to provide the shared plan, including returning relevant content to an assistant when someone with the plan link requests it.

Don’t use the service to:

• post illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive content;
• post sexually explicit content, child exploitation material, hate or threats;
• upload other people’s personal data without a lawful basis;
• spam, overload, or otherwise abuse the service or its providers.

We may remove content or block access that breaks these rules.

To report unlawful, infringing or harmful content, email lesgooofun@gmail.com with the exact plan link, the item you are reporting and why. For a rights complaint, explain your relationship to the affected person or work. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed.

Reports are reviewed manually. We may ask for information needed to locate the content or verify a request and may remove content or restrict access. We do not promise continuous monitoring or immediate removal. For personal-data deletion requests, see the Cookie & Privacy Policy.

Expense and repayment entries are records only; lesgooo does not transfer money or process purchases. A suggested place is not a booking. A shared link does not itself send an invitation. Review assistant results before relying on them; anyone with the plan link can also edit the same information.

The app runs on third-party providers (including Google Firebase, Cloudinary, and Google Maps). Your use is also subject to their terms. For what data is processed and how, see the Cookie & Privacy Policy.

Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. The Heal The Web fonts are distributed under MPL 2.0; their source and license notice and full license are available here.

Licenses and copyright notices for software dependencies are available in the third-party software notices.

Because the service is still evolving, features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data or missed plans. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable EU law.
